Very Olde St. Nick 12-Year-Old (often labeled “Ancient Cask” or “Antique Barrel”) is a highly prized, hard-to-find Kentucky bourbon/rye, originally created in 1984 for the Japanese market. Historically bottled by Julian Van Winkle and KBD, it is now produced by Preservation Distillery, often featuring notes of caramel, dark fruit, and heavy oak.
