London-based Spirit of Bermondsey has crafted Trinity 25, distilled from English grain and cold-infused with juniper, along with the distillery’s ‘trinity’ of spiced botanicals (which explains the first part of the name). Cardamom, coriander seeds and black pepper are infused to give it an aromatic, before it’s bottled up at 25% ABV (which explains the second part of the name). A great alternative to use in place of gin in cocktails and the like.
