The Signature Blend from Thameside Rum features a selection of pot and column still rums from Jamaica, Barbados and Guyana, drawn from ex-bourbon casks, blended at cask strength and brought down to bottling strength. Afterwards, it’s bottled without any additional sugar, flavourings or colouring.
