Sherried Island single malt Scotch whisky here from Talisker, distilled on the isle of Skye in 2011, and rested in a single sherry butt for just shy of a decade. After nine years Langside bottled it up for the Hepburn’s Choice series, with 903 bottles released at 46% ABV.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
