Stellum Blue Label Bourbon is a premium, small-batch bourbon whiskey made in the USA. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels and then bottled without chilfiltering or blending. The bourbon is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and has a deep, rich aroma of oak, caramel, and vanilla. On the palate, it has a smooth entry with notes of caramel, honey, and spices, followed by a dry finish of oak and leather. This complex, flavorful bourbon is great neat or on the rocks.
