A smoky variant from Denmark’s Stauning, made with Danish peat! If you’re into specifics, the peat was sourced from Klosterlund, and after it was distilled the whisky was aged in casks which previously held Maker’s Mark bourbon. Heaps of floral heather, rich chocolate and, of course, smoke to be enjoyed here.

Nose: Smoky heather florals, with lemon blossom, apple skin and touches of cocoa here and there.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
