This rum is bottled at 57% ABV and is made from a blend of molasses and sugar cane juice. It is distilled in copper pot stills and aged for up to three years in oak barrels. The rum has a smooth, slightly sweet taste and a hint of oak and spice. This rum is perfect for sipping neat or in a variety of cocktails.
