It’s the inaugural release from Distillerie Aragonesi, and the folks over at the distillery in Portugal saw their chance and took it. Behold Figaro, a fig liqueur! It’s made entirely by macerating while figs in fig brandy, so it tastes like… Well, you’ll fig-ure it out!

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean, crisp and smooth.
