Initially the spirit spends a good few years slumbering in American white oak casks, but then it’s awoken from its rest and moved over to casks that previously held Oloroso sherry and left to continue maturing for another year.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
