Don Omario’s 10 Year Old Vintage Rum is produced in Belize at the Travellers Distillery, which is well-known for making some excellent rums. Having been named after the founder, you would expect this to be a particularly magnificent expression – and you’d be right. A richly rewarding rum, with dense notes of butterscotch, fresh fruit and fragrant oak. We reckon this does Don Omario proud!

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
