An Old Tom Gin from the Dodd’s range, produced by those wonderful London Distillery Company chaps. Slightly sweeter than your standard gins, this makes for an excellent cocktail ingredient. In fact, we’re fairly sure that you could come up with some variation on a Tom Collins using this and call it a Dodd Collins and no one would raise an eyebrow.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
