The Calvados Dauphin VSOP is a type of eau de vie, which means it is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented fruit. The drink is usually served in small shot glasses and is sometimes mixed with ginger ale. It has a high alcohol content of 40% by volume, which is not surprising given the alcoholic beverage’s ingredients. This Calvados Dauphin VSOP is a clear, golden-colored liquid that smells of apples and caramel.
