The Dancing Sands distillers in New Zealand have added yet another intruing gin to the collection – Chocolate Gin! Made in collaboration with Wellington’s C.G.R. Merchant and Co. cocktail bar, Dancing Sands Chocolate Gin is infused with cocoa husks as well as rooibos tea and a selection of more traditional gin botanicals, resulting in a flavour profile that hits those familiar chocolatey notes without being overly sweet and cloying.
