For this Concordia expression distilled at the Bellevue Distillery in Guadeloupe, Damoiseau blended together agricole and molasses rums. The blend was rested in re-charred bourbon barrels, so there’s lots of spice and caramel among the fresher sugar cane notes.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
