A gin initially released for the Spanish market but distilled at Langley’s, Botanic uses Buddha’s hand (a funky, fashionable and delicious Asian citrus fruit) as a key ingredient alongside the likes of juniper, coriander, angelica, orange peel, lemon peel, orris, licorice, cassia and almond. For Botanic Kiss strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are also used and lend this gin its pretty hue.
