A superb single grain whisky from Copper Republic in South Africa! It’s distilled entirely from local yellow maize, and matured in a duo of bourbon cask types, with freshly charred first-fill and second-fill casks adding to the flavour profile. A meaty savoury note stops the sweet, buttery grain from getting out of hand. Great for bourbon lovers looking to try something different!
