A single vintage Armagnac from the Clés des Ducs Millésimé series, which is all about expression from a selection of decades. This particular edition was distilled in 2000 – which, of course, was the same year that Since I Left You by The Avalanches was released.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
