A tremendous vanilla liqueur produced by macerating vanilla pods in the Rhumerie de Chamarel’s premium rum (made from sugar cane juice, not molasses), a base that already has a vanilla note to it. Try using this liqueur in a cocktail or simply pour over plenty of ice.
