This bottle is part of the Caroni Employees series, in honour of the former workers of the distillery. This is the dedicated to Basdeo ‘Dicky’ Ramsarran who has worked at the distillery for 20 years and is part of the fourth release of the series. Distilled in 2000, fully aged in Trinidad and bottled in 2020, this is a blend of 6 casks selected by Luca Gargano and 26 Caroni Lovers divided into 8 tasting gangs.
