A spooky serve made by Batch Distillery in Lancashire as part of its Innovations Club, which aims to make the most “adventurous spirits in the UK”. This Haunted Orchard Gin lives up to such expectations. It’s a flavoured gin made with treacle and apple, giving it a deliciously sweet profile that’s perfect for livening up your tonic. Serve over ice with tonic and garnish with an apple, cinnamon, or even a sprig of thyme.
