Strawberry and black pepper is a surprising flavour combo that works particularly well indeed. The folks behind the Sheffield Distillery are clearly fans, and they’ve gone and made Assay Strawberry Jam & Black Pepper Vodka! Using actual strawberry jam, as well as fresh strawberries and black peppercorns, it’s vibrant and sweet, with a crackle of spiciness sticking around.
