Adnams took inspiration from Mexican cuisine when creating this gin. Botanicals such as avocado leaf, lime peel, Mexican oregano, and epazote are included, to conjure up a citrus and spice forward gin which we reckon would go very well beside a burrito! Serve with tonic, garnished with fresh herbs and lime.
