Floral and fresh with mineral complexity, stone fruit and well-integrated oak, concluding on a long finish. Fresh on the palate, again stone fruits, good acidity and a pronounced stony minerality. Has an intensity- a spicy depth that makes each glass more interesting.

Mustiguillo make fabulous wines full of finesse, planting at 800m+ above sea level in the Utiel Requena region near Valencia. Bodega Mustiguillo have an emphasis on freshness, making aromatic, varietal, distinctive whites and balanced, precise reds using the indigenous Bobal grape. They have a lot of mature vineyards, all of which are organic and many now practising biodynamic. Constantly trying to learn and improve they are doings lots of soil trial to learn more about the specific terroir’s.
